How do I return my order?
In order to return your purchase, please fill out the returns form provided with your order. If you do not have a returns form, please include a note of your full name and order number inside your return parcel.

I purchased an item on sale, can I return it?
You are welcome to return your sale purchase to us for a store credit. Your store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which you can apply at the checkout to purchase an alternate size/item online.
I purchased the incorrect size, can I exchange it?
We do not process exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a store credit on your returns form. Alternatively, purchase the size you need as soon as possible to secure the inventory and return your initial purchase for a full refund.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org for further review. We have a 6-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we can offer repair, replacement or refund options.
What about return shipping costs?
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as Linen Shore take no responsibility in tracking your return.
